Here Are Some Answers to Commonly Asked Questions:

 Do I need to fill out a listing sheet with each new account?

        Certainly not.  You can list the accounts by printing whatever prints out of your computer or email us raw data.   We need the demographic information, such as name ss# etc, the amount due, the date it became due, an itemization of charges and a contract copy.   Contact Christina at 415 986 7879 to discuss computer download of accounts.

 

What kind of reporting can I expect?

    Let us know what you need.  We can usually accomodate.

 

Will your office provide updates on accounts?

    It is our goal to collect the account you assign.  Since we have more than 1300 clients, the reality of updating each client on each account we work is not economically feasible.  We will provide updates for you twice a year, dependant upon volume, upon receipt of your phone call.  Talk to us about your special needs, in most situations we can accomodate them.

 

What if the debtor calls me?

    CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!  Do not discuss the debt with the debtor.  Talk to us!
